Milling Capacity: Up to 110” on X-axis.
Turning Capacity: Up to 54” diameter & 60” length.
Fabrication
All Welders and Fitters are AWS D1.1 Certified including PQRs and Weld Procedures (NOV Approved). AWS D1.1 Structural Steel Welding Code, ASME Section IX, Groups IA thru IIIB which include Inconel, all PH Stainless Steels, Stainless Steel, titanium.
Plasma / Water Jet / Laser Cutting
Precision cutting +/- .005 is something we can definitely take care of. Capable of cutting up to 6" in thickness allows us to be your one stop shop.
Manual Machining
Maybe you just have one Part that needs to be turned, or need something Drilled and Tap. Our Manual Machines are Ready to Make your next Part.
